Yes, you can certainly do this.
When on the order summary page you will see an option to add a gift message to go along with your gift from Ireland. If you click the arrow, the gift message area will appear. You will be able to enter whatever gift message you like.
We regret once your order has been submitted, we cannot edit or change the gift message as orders move rapidly through to our warehouse.
