RETURNS POLICY
With over 15 years of experience selling Irish products, we are very passionate about our products and pride ourselves in our excellent customer service. We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. If you are not satisfied we’ll be happy to offer you a refund on merchandise that is returned in its original condition within 6 months of receipt. The only exceptions to this are Personalized Products, Perishable items, Crafted Rings or Jewelry, Earrings (including the ones purchased as a set) or Made To Order Items.
Please return items in their original condition, unused, resalable, in their original packaging, with garment tags and ‘do not remove tag’ still attached. Please do re-use the delivery packaging provided; it has been specially designed for you to do this. No refund will be authorized unless these conditions are met and it will be returned to you by normal post without notice. If you received a faulty product please send us a photo on our email [email protected] so our customer service agents can investigate it further.
We will not refund postage/courier costs incurred for items returned outside our free return system.
Please note that returns have a processing time of up to 14 business days from receipt at our returns facility. This may be longer at peak times. All items must be confirmed as received back in a fully unused and re-saleable condition before we can process your return. Please note that the original shipping fee paid to deliver your order to the shipping address is non-refundable.
All returns are processed for a refund. Should you need an exchange, please re-order your items online or by phone.
Please ensure you have purchased with us before making a return. Parcels returned to us in error will not be processed.

Please note you will need your email address and order number as per your order confirmation email. This is a 9-digit number starting with 200, 300, 400 or 500. You will be able to find this in your confirmation email or delivery package.
