Returns usually take 14 business days from the time it is sent back to us. 

We will refund any item you are not completely happy with (with the exception of some items listed below) if you return it to us within 180 days of the item being delivered to your nominated address. Please return items in their original condition, unused, resalable, in their original packaging, with garment tags and ‘do not remove tag’ still attached. Please do re-use the delivery packaging provided; it has been especially designed for you to do this. No refund will be authorised unless these conditions are met and it will be returned to you by normal post without notice.

We shall not refund or exchange beauty items, earrings, perishable items (such as food, flowers, and beverages), toiletries, and cosmetics which have been opened, tested, or partially used and which cannot be returned in the same physical state to which they were purchased. We shall not refund customised or personalised items. Please note that the original shipping fee paid to deliver your order to the shipping address is non-refundable. If you received a faulty product please send us a photo on our email [email protected] so our customer service agents can investigate it further.

Please note you will need your order number as per your order confirmation email. This is a 9-digit number starting with 200, 300, 400 or 500. You will be able to find this in your confirmation email or delivery package. 

If you placed your order after 7th of June, you will not be able to use our free returns portal. Note: this process is temporary until further update.

All returns are processed for a refund. Should you need an exchange, please re-order your items online or by phone.

Please ensure you have purchased with us before making a return. Parcels returned to us in error will not be processed.

  • Damage claims must be filed within 2 days of receipt of goods.
  • Claims for defective items must be made within 30 days upon receipt of goods
  • Normal wear is not considered a defect.

Personalized ProductsPerishable items or Earrings are non-refundable unless they are faulty.
