Promotion codes are 1 use per customer per transaction and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional code unless otherwise specified.
Promotion/ coupon codes must be entered on the payment page and cannot be applied after an order is submitted.
If you have an issue with using your promotion code, verify the following:
- The promotion code has not expired.
- The promotion code was entered correctly.
- The items in your order qualify per the promotion details.
- Only 1 promotional code is being used.
- Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with Sale Items.
