Just received your Irish Store cardigan with zipper and the zip is not running smoothly.
There can sometimes be a problem with the puller not running smoothly on the “teeth” of the zip but this is very rare. We advise that you run a lead pencil up and down the teeth on the zip and this usually frees it up.
If this does not work, contact our Customer Service team and they will organize a replacement.
