3. How long will my order take? +

- Delivery estimates are shown at checkout after you select your shipping country. We offer both standard and express delivery options. Please note that the dates provided are estimates and may be extended due to customs checks.

4. TAX/ Duties or USA Tariffs +

- UK and EU taxes are included in your order total. No surprises upon receiving your order. - USA Tariffs are included in your order total, the tariff amount will be added and calculated at the final check out for hassle free delivery.

5. Do you offer Return or Exchange? +

- We don’t offer exchanges, but we offer Free return for your items within 3 months. See our Returns Policy for more details.

6. Missing an item from your order? +

- Some orders ship in multiple parcels—check your dispatch emails for extra tracking numbers. If your parcel is tampered or opened, take a photo and contact [email protected] with your order number, missing item, and any photos.

7. How can I pay for my order? +
