We always strive to deliver our parcels within the time frame listed on the website but if there is a delay with your parcel, we will do our best to inform you and keep you updated on the progress of your order.

You will receive by email, an order confirmation, providing you with a Suggested Delivery Date. This is our guideline on when you can expect to receive your order.

Please note the suggested delivery date may vary depending on stock levels and personalized items but you will always be given a suggested delivery date for your order!

We will email you to let you know your order has been shipped detailing the shipping details and how you can track your order.

Personalized orders:

These items have a longer lead time than the other products in our store as we have to send them to be personalized by our supplier as stated on our website. Once your item is received back into our facility it will ship and you will receive your confirmation email.

Lost/ Missing parcel:

In the case of a lost parcel, we will always be more than happy to arrange for a replacement to be sent after the consignee has first checked with the carrier to see if they can provide any more information on the missing item(s).
