- Delivery Address
- Details of the request for payment
- Information about the delivery company making the request, if available
This information helps us quickly identify and resolve the issue.

Already Paid the Charge: If you've already paid the customs charge, please forward proof of payment along with your Order Number, Name, and Delivery Address to [email protected].
We will handle the payment directly through our company account. If you have already paid, we will investigate with the courier to understand why the charge was applied incorrectly. Upon verification, we will arrange a refund for the customs charge amount to the card used for your order. Please be aware that refunds typically take between 5 to 7 business days to appear in your account.
