What should I do If I am contacted to pay a customs charge?
On rare occasions, customers may be asked to pay a customs charge in error.
All our prices include customs charges.
If you are contacted to pay a charge:
Please contact customer service via email, please provide your Order number, Name and delivery address.
Please forward any details of the request for Payment, The Delivery company making the request, any additional information will help speed up the process.
We will pay the fee through our company account.
If you have already paid the charge please send proof of payment with your Order Number, Name and Delivery Address.
We will investigate with the courier and refund the amount paid for the customs charge to the card used to place your order.
Please note refunds can take between 5 - 7 Business Days to appear in your account.
