UK Returns via Collect plus - How to drop off your Irish Store return at your nearest Collect Plus store

Once you have printed off your return label, follow these simple steps.

• Stick the Collect+ returns label on your package - which you received by email from eShopworld.com
• Drop it off at your local Collect+ store click here to find your nearest store: https://www.collectplus.co.uk/find-a-store
• Keep the receipt and track your return online.

Your parcel will be returned to an Ascendia return hub which on receipt will trigger the refund.

Please note, that all returns are processed for a refund. Should you need an exchange, please -order your items online or by phone. The refund is automatically processed once it arrives at the return hub.
