Returns are free and couldn’t be easier. If you are not satisfied we’ll be happy to offer you a refund on merchandise that is returned in its original condition within 6 months of purchase.

Please note you will need your order number as per your order confirmation email. This is a 9-digit number starting with 200, 300, 400 or 500. You will be able to find this in your confirmation email or delivery package.
All returns are processed for a refund. Should you need an exchange, please re-order your items online or by phone.
Note: The cost of shipping is non-refundable.
Please be advised, that for returns, you must use the return label we have provided you with. We will not refund the cost of postage if you return your item with any other shipping label other than what we have provided to you.
