Once an order has been placed and paid for, our warehouse team start to process your order to ensure prompt delivery to your chosen destination. We are unable to change any part of your order, including shipping details, shipping method, personalisation, messaging or order contents. We regret we cannot alter or change the contents of an order, including changing a garment size or color.
In exceptional circumstances, our customer service team will do all they can to help you with any changes to your order.
During peak times, especially over the Thanksgiving & Christmas period, once your order has been submitted, the information will be sent directly to our warehouse for processing and we are unable to change any part of your order.
If your order has already left our warehouse then there is no way for us to change any details.
