If the item is damaged or defective, please email or call us immediately for instructions. Provided the item is still within our six-month guarantee period, we will have a replacement checked and sent out to you as quickly as possible.
Please provide the order number and photos of the fault or damage in the email.
If you have had the product for more than six months and feel that it has developed a fault that you would not normally expect, please get in touch with us before you send it back and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
